The restaurant’s star dish is the cuarto de asado, a tantalising roasted leg of suckling lamb cooked in a wood-fired oven. An Asador is a traditional Castilian restaurant that specialises in roasting meat, meaning that guests will be able to savour the happy marriage of the past and present of Spanish cuisine. The restaurant, located in Downtown Dubai, offers a traditional menu including mainstays such as delicious lamb and a selection of vegetable dishes and Castilian starters served with torta de aranda, a fluffy bread made of olive oil and wheat flour.
